8. AI / Automated Processing Disclosure
The App uses automated processing (including algorithmic or AI‑assisted systems) to provide features such as:
- Real‑time performance analysis and metrics.
- Personalized training program generation and recommendations.
- Automated progress scoring and suggestions.
These automated processes analyze the data you provide (e.g., performance metrics, training history) to generate recommendations and insights. Decisions made by automated systems do not have legal or similarly significant effects beyond delivering personalized content and improving the user experience. You have the right to:
- Request human review of automated decisions or recommendational outcomes where applicable.
- Opt out of personalized recommendations based on automated profiling, where feasible. Contact us at unknown-app-2@forvibe.app to discuss options.
We continually monitor and evaluate our automated systems for accuracy and fairness. If any automated processing involves special category data (e.g., health data), we will process such data only with your explicit consent or where otherwise permitted by law.
9. In‑App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App operates on a freemium model. Basic features are free; premium features and professional coaching are available via subscription plans.
Billing and payment
- Subscriptions are billed either through the App Store/Google Play when purchased within the iOS/Android apps, or via PayTR when purchased through our website or other web channels.
- For purchases through App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple’s or Google’s policies. Please contact Apple or Google support for billing questions specific to in‑store purchases.
- For subscriptions processed via PayTR or other web processors, payment data is handled by the payment processor in accordance with their privacy policy and security standards.
Auto‑renewal
- Subscriptions typically auto‑renew until canceled. You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle at the rate in effect at the time of renewal unless you cancel.
- To cancel auto‑renewal:
- For App Store subscriptions: manage via your Apple ID subscription settings.
- For Google Play subscriptions: manage via your Google Play subscriptions.
- For web purchases handled via PayTR: manage by logging into your account on our website, or contact support at unknown-app-2@forvibe.app.
Refunds and cancellations
- Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the platform used for purchase (Apple, Google, PayTR). Contact the relevant platform for requests.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. You may retain access to paid features through the end of the current billing period.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or services. When we make material changes, we will:
- Post the updated Privacy Policy with a new "Last Updated" date.
- Provide notice in the App, by email, or by other appropriate means prior to the change taking effect (where required by law).
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
